David Notley

David Notley has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. David'smost recent position is as the CEO of Enclave Networks since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at Westgate Cyber Security where they developed and implemented the Enclave SAAS technology. Before that, they served as a Board Member of the Innovation Advisory Council for Wales and the Regional Economic Growth Partnership Board - Cardiff Capital Region. Mr. Notley also has extensive experience in executive leadership, having been the Executive Chair of Impact Innovation & Growth Services since January 1999. Additionally, they have held positions as a Director at CODA and a Fund Manager at the Technology Growth Fund.

David Notley attended Tockington Manor from 1974 to 1978. David then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Management at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1983 to 1986.
