Angie Wollan

Angie Wollan has a diverse work experience, primarily in the areas of operations, business analysis, compliance, and ethics. Angie is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Enclave, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Solid Comfort from October 2018 to September 2021 as a Business Analyst, where they implemented technology solutions, managed strategic initiatives, and improved processes resulting in increased productivity. Before that, they held various roles at Cognosante from 2005 to 2018, including Director of Compliance and Ethics and Director, Quality, Ethics, and Compliance. In these roles, they established quality and project management offices, implemented key initiatives, conducted internal audits, and maintained business continuity plans. Angie also served as the QMS Manager at Cognosante, LLC from 2005 to 2010.

Angie Wollan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Mary. Angie attended the university from 2011 to 2015. In March 2013, they were also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt by the Management and Strategy Institute.
