Josh Wilcox

Josh Wilcox is a seasoned professional in real estate investing, strategy, and operations, currently serving as the President of Development, Finance & Investments at Enclave since 2022. They previously held the position of Managing Director at FTI Consulting from 2021 to 2022 and served as a Director at Värde Partners between 2017 and 2020. Earlier in their career, Josh was a Senior Lead Analyst at Citigroup and worked as a Finance Transformation Consultant at Deloitte, among other roles. Josh has extensive experience in strategy and business development, having been the Managing Director and Head of Strategy & Business Development at CBRE from 2015 to 2017.
