Michael Block

Michael Block is a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Enclave since May 2025, having previously served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Commercial Property Tax at Ryan from June 2022 to May 2025. Michael's career began with an internship at Ryan in 2021, followed by positions as a Service Technician Assistant at Premier Pools & Spas in 2020 and a Cash Management Coordinator at CBRE in 2019. Additionally, Michael gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at van Wagenen Financial Services in 2018. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment, and Banking, along with Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and graduated with a high school diploma from Chanhassen High School in 2018.
