Scott Bertrand

Scott Bertrand is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Enclave since April 2021, Scott has demonstrated expertise in project estimation, scheduling, subcontract negotiations, and the execution of subcontractor agreements. Previously, as a Project Manager at Lyon Contracting, Scott was responsible for project planning, safety audits, and ownership turnover processes. Scott’s earlier roles included Project Engineer at Doran Companies, where project documentation and quality assurance processes were managed, and Construction Manager II at Lennar, focusing on community development and client relations. Additionally, Scott's background includes management experience in the restaurant industry with Chipotle Mexican Grill. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
