Chase Bawden

Chase Bawden is an experienced construction professional with a comprehensive background in project evaluation, bid procurement, contract review, and job management. Currently serving as a Construction Owners Representative at Cafe Zupas since October 2022, Chase previously held the position of Vice President and Estimator at Roger Knight Construction from July 2006 to November 2021. Responsibilities included evaluating projects, interacting with owners and subcontractors, creating bid proposals, and scheduling work. Earlier experience includes carpentry at RLM Construction and sales in the Lumber department at The Home Depot. Chase holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Weber State University and an Associate of Science in Construction Management from Salt Lake Community College.
