Executive Vice President - Preconstruction at Enclos Tensile Structures

Jeff Vaglio, PhD, PE, AIA has extensive work experience in the field of construction and engineering. Jeff currently holds the position of Executive Vice President - Preconstruction at Enclos Tensile Structures since December 2023. Prior to this, they have held various roles at Enclos | Advanced Technology Studio, including Vice President, Director, Associate Director, and Senior Design Engineer. Jeff worked at the company from February 2007 to the present. Jeff also served as a Lecturer at the University of Southern California from January 2016 to May 2018. Before that, they worked as an Engineer at Advanced Structures, Inc. from November 2006 to January 2007. In addition, they gained experience as an Architecture Intern at Webster Architects from January 2006 to August 2006, and as an Engineering Intern at BNSF Railway from 2004 to 2005.

Jeff Vaglio, PhD, PE, AIA, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architectural Engineering in 2006 from The University of Kansas. Jeff then pursued their Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California, completing it in 2008. Following that, they earned their Ph.D. in Architecture from the same institution in 2015. In 2009, they obtained a Diploma in Innovation from the University of Southern California. Additionally, Jeff has obtained various certifications, including Professional Engineer (PE) certifications from the State of California in 2010, the State of Missouri in 2018, and the New York State Education Department in 2023. Jeff has also obtained the LEED AP Building Design & Construction (BD+C) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2008, as well as memberships with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in 2014.
