Mandy Thorsteinson has diverse work experience in various HR roles. Mandy started their career in 2002 as a Selection Manager at Flint Hills Resources, where they were responsible for recruitment and staffing. Mandy then worked as a Senior Recruiter at Professional Alternatives, specializing in HR recruitment. Mandy later joined World Data Products as an HR Generalist, handling tasks like recruiting, new hire orientation, and benefits administration. Their next role was HR Generalist/Sales Recruiter at Asset Marketing Services, where they managed employee relations and sales recruitment. Mandy then became the HR Director at Asset Marketing Services, collaborating with senior leadership and implementing HR policies. In 2014, they joined UTC Aerospace Systems as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist, supporting HR business partners and facilitating various initiatives.
