Ioana Josan-Drinceanu is currently serving as the Manager Business Unit Standard Platforms at Enclustra GmbH, where Ioana is responsible for planning and managing development projects for new products in the area of embedded FPGA / SoC modules. Prior to this, Ioana worked at Thales Alenia Space as the Electrical Assembly, Integration and Testing (AIT) Manager, overseeing the integration and testing of radiation monitor units. Ioana has also held roles at the European Space Agency, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, RUAG Space Nyon, and Swiss Space Center EPFL, gaining experience in various aspects of electrical and aerospace engineering. Ioana holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
