Jack Kane

Vice President, Engineering at Encoded Therapeutics

Jack Kane has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Jack currently holds the position of Vice President, Engineering at Encoded Therapeutics Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Novartis Gene Therapies as a Director, Engineering from December 2018 to April 2021. Before that, they worked at Biogen Idec where they held multiple roles including Associate Director, Project Engineer from August 2013 to November 2018, Sr Manager Metrology from May 2012 to August 2013, and Sr. Manager, Process & Automation from September 2007 to May 2012. Jack also has experience at CRB Consulting Engineers as an Instrument & Control Engineer from March 1998 to September 2007, and at Cabinda Gulf Oil Company and Chevron USA as an Electrical & Instrument Engineer from 1992 to 1998 and from July 1986 to July 1992, respectively.

Jack Kane attended Virginia Tech from 1981 to 1986 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
