Linda Ly

Linda Ly has extensive experience in operations and research within the biomedical field. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Encodia, Inc. since March 2017, Linda previously held the position of Senior Research Associate at Prognosys Biosciences, where responsibilities included developing multiplex assays with NGS readout for biomarker discovery and creating assays for spatial gene expression mapping on FFPE tissues. Earlier in Linda's career, work as a Research Assistant at the Sanford Consortium for Regenerative Medicine involved examining autophagy inhibitor peptides in mammalian cell lines and investigating the role of muscle and motor neuron dystrophies in Spinal and Bulbar Muscular Atrophy using transgenic mouse models. Linda holds a degree in General Biology from UC San Diego.
