Nicole Sikora

Nicole Sikora is currently a Senior Research Associate at Encodia since September 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions at AlivaMab Biologics from June 2022 to September 2024, progressing from Research Associate I to Research Associate II and then to Senior Research Associate. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Investigator at Dobke Marek MD from December 2017 to September 2020 and as Research Assistant at the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from September 2017 to January 2020. Additionally, Nicole worked as Lead Investigator at the University of California, San Diego - School of Medicine from June 2018 to December 2019. Nicole holds an Associate's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from UC San Diego, obtained between 2016 and 2020.
