Donna Sutera

Donna Sutera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and claims analysis. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at National General Insurance since July 2021, Donna has also held various roles at Allstate since March 1996, including Senior Project Management Consultant and Claims Project Management Consultant, where responsibilities included implementing and managing technology and business projects for Allstate and Encompass claims. In addition, Donna works as a Senior Claim Analyst at Encompass Insurance, specializing in liability and unrepresented bodily injury claims. Donna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and a High School Diploma with a focus on Nursing Education from Bolingbrook High School.
