Heather Stover

Heather Stover is an experienced insurance professional with a background in managing large loss contents claims. Currently serving as a Large Loss Contents Specialist at Encompass Insurance since February 2023, Heather previously held the position of Large Loss Contents Supervisor at Progressive Insurance from April 2022 to February 2023. Heather's extensive experience spans over a decade at Allstate, where roles included GHRN Property Performance Sr. Consultant, Senior Consultant - Quality Assurance, and Senior Claims Service Adjuster. Earlier career experiences include managing flood claims at Wells Claim Service and working as a Behavior Specialist at Hamilton County Department of Education. Heather also has a foundational background in education as a Lead Teacher at Clayton County Public Schools. Heather holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Leadership and Supervision from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in English from Athens State University.
