Pete Nevsimal

Pete Nevsimal has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Contract Manager at Encompass Insurance since 2009. In this role, Pete leads technical and training initiatives for the personal lines contract department while also overseeing competitive intelligence related to products, strategies, and marketing. Previously, as a Product Operations Associate Manager at Encompass Insurance, Pete was responsible for designing new products and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Earlier in the career, Pete worked as a Product Operations Consultant at Allstate Insurance, where responsibilities included monitoring industry trends and recommending profitability changes.
