In this role, Stephanie collaborates with cross-functional business partners to develop targeted sales tactics and nurtures relationships with independent agencies, managing 47 agency locations in Long Island, New York, and achieving significant growth in property and casualty sectors. Prior to Encompass, Stephanie worked at Westfield as a State Sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing 90 agency locations in Illinois and driving profitable growth. Early career experience includes roles at Allstate and specialized positions focused on education and training within underwriting departments. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Hollins University.
