Stephanie Guthrie

Stephanie Guthrie has extensive experience in sales and education within the insurance industry, currently serving as a Territory Sales Consultant at Encompass Insurance since June 2009. In this role, Stephanie collaborates with cross-functional business partners to develop targeted sales tactics and nurtures relationships with independent agencies, managing 47 agency locations in Long Island, New York, and achieving significant growth in property and casualty sectors. Prior to Encompass, Stephanie worked at Westfield as a State Sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing 90 agency locations in Illinois and driving profitable growth.
