Linda Alves

COO at Encompass Community Services

Linda and her team support Encompass in following all rules, laws and standards related to the way the agency provides behavioral health services to clients; keep track of quality data to find ways to improve the services provided to clients; and support programs in testing ways to improve services.

Linda oversees behavioral health services regulatory compliance and quality improvement activities across Encompass. She is passionate about using data to drive social change. Linda is a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's degree in Public Policy from UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy. She has over 15 years of experience providing direct services as a medical social worker in a variety of health settings and over 10 years of experience conducting policy analysis and program evaluation studies to improve the policies and programs that serve our communities. Linda is bilingual and bicultural.
