Luis María Maesschalck

Luis María Maesschalck has a strong background in finance and administration. Luis María began their career at DeLaval as a Regional Controller, where they managed a range of responsibilities including finance, taxes, management control, international trade, and human resources. In 2000, they joined TIBA S.A. as the Senior Vice President and CFO, overseeing financial operations for the company until 2012. Since then, Luis has held the position of SVP and CFO at Encompass Digital Media, LatAm.

Luis María Maesschalck attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained a postgraduate degree in Financial Administration. Luis María pursued further studies at the same university from 1988 to 1991, focusing on Financial Administration. In 2012 to 2014, Luis María Maesschalck earned a certification in Organizational Coaching from DPO Consulting. Prior to their higher education, they completed their secondary education at Colegio De La Salle, receiving a Bachiller degree.
