Adam Rader

Adam Rader currently serves as a Business Development Project Coordinator at Encompass Health, focusing on documentation and project status management. Prior to this role, Adam was the Director of Sales and Brand Growth at Chick-fil-A Greystone, where effective leadership led to a 15% year-over-year increase in outside sales through various marketing and community engagement initiatives. Adam's experience also includes extensive outreach coordination with Binghampton Development Corp, managing teams and organizing youth programs, as well as leadership roles at Pine Cove and other camps. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Camp/Sports Ministry from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Ministry Leadership from Belhaven University.
