Frank Brown

Frank Brown is the President of the Southwest Region at Encompass Health. Frank has held this position since January 2009.

Before taking on their current role, Frank served as the Chief Integration Officer at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System from January 1998 to January 2009. In this role, they were responsible for two of the three strategic initiatives in the ten year strategic plan, including physician integration and all upstream and retail healthcare activities. This portfolio represented $425MM of contribution margin for inpatient service lines and $97MM in cash flow for retail service lines, including employed physician groups at Memorial Hermann.

Prior to their time as Chief Integration Officer, Frank served as the Vice President and CEO of Post Acute Care and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Memorial Hermann from June 2006 to August 2008. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of post-acute care services, including home health, hospice, long-term acute care and rehabilitation services.

Frank Brown has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from ASHP Residency, Management - Methodist Hospitals, an MBA in Studies from Memphis State University, and a Pharmacy degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
