Jessica Rolfes

Jessica Rolfes has extensive experience in healthcare management and rehabilitation. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Risk and previously the Director of Case Management at Encompass Health since November 2022, Jessica has a strong background in rehabilitation leadership, having held the position of Director of Rehabilitation at The Atlantes from July 2021 to November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the Corporate Rehab Director and Speech Language Pathologist/Therapy Manager at Ultimate Rehab, Ltd. from June 2010 to July 2021. Jessica's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Cincinnati (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Miami University (2004-2008).
