Lillie Berryman

Lillie Berryman, MAOM, currently serves as the Director of Quality & Risk at Encompass Health since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Guest Services at Methodist Health System from October 2018 to July 2023, and Manager of Business Operations at Texas Health Resources from January 2017 to October 2018. Lillie also held positions at ProPath Services, LLC as Supervisor of the Patient Call Center & Client/Research Billing from March 2014 to January 2017, and at Miraca Life Sciences in roles including Billing Customer Service Supervisor and Client Advocate/Account Management from January 2009 to October 2013. Lillie obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Management and Healthcare Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus (2013-2015), as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance from the same institution (2011-2013). Early education included attendance at Grambling State University (1994-1996) and Fair Park High School, where Lillie earned a High School Diploma (1990-1994).
