Ronnie Wagley

Ronnie Wagley currently serves as President of the South Atlantic Region at Encompass Health since July 2021, with prior experience as Regional Vice President at Select Medical from May 2015 to July 2021. In this role, Ronnie presided over 34 Specialty Hospital locations, managed day-to-day operations, and aligned the market direction with budgetary and regulatory goals, while providing strategic oversight to several regional leadership positions. Ronnie's career includes significant leadership roles, such as Regional President of Hospital Operations overseeing 10 specialty hospitals and Market Chief Executive Officer for a joint venture with UF Health Shands. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at TheraTeam, Clinical Services Director at LHC Group, and Physical Therapist at Willis-Knighton Health System. Educational achievements include an MBA from Centenary College of Louisiana, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Kansas, and a Master's in Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center.
