Shea Hill

Shea Hill is an experienced professional in physician recruitment and healthcare marketing with over two decades of expertise. Currently serving as Associate Director of Physician Recruitment at Encompass Health since April 2017, Shea has also held the position of Physician Recruiting Manager, focusing on strategic growth through acquisitions and new projects. Earlier roles include Physician Recruiter at CHI Memorial, where recruitment efforts concentrated on enhancing Primary Care in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area, and various marketing positions at Kindred Healthcare, HealthSouth, Integra Rehab, Siskin Hospital, and SunBridge Rehabilitation. Shea holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Covenant College and an A.S. in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.
