Stephanie Noplis Chen

Stephanie Noplis Chen, MBA, SHRM-CP is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Encompass Health since April 2023, Chen previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Empath Health from February 2020 to March 2023. Prior to that, roles at PGT Custom Windows + Doors included Employee Relations Leader and Head of Recruitment, where a new talent acquisition strategy was successfully implemented. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Store Manager in Human Resources/Operations at Kohl's Department Stores and various positions at the University of South Florida, where leadership was demonstrated as a Resident Assistant and Orientation Team Leader. Chen holds an MBA from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee and additional qualifications in Strategic HR Business Partnership from the Human Capital Institute.
