Tracy Foy

Tracy Foy has been with Encompass Health since August 2011, currently serving as the VP of the Information Technology Group for Clinical Systems. Prior to Encompass Health, Tracy worked at Healthsouth Corporation since 1997, holding various roles including VP & CTO of the Information Technology Group. Tracy holds a MS degree in Management of Technology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a BS degree in Computer Information Systems and Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College.
