Troy DeDecker, PT, MHSA, FACHE, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leading rehabilitation hospitals and healthcare operations. Currently a retired healthcare executive at Encompass Health, Troy served as President of the Central Region, overseeing 30 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals across nine Midwestern states. Notable accomplishments include surpassing financial and operational targets, developing joint ventures, and achieving 100% of budget goals in previous leadership roles. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Health Services Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida, Troy has demonstrated excellence in healthcare management, operational efficiency, and community engagement throughout a robust career.
