Kimberly Mahling

Kimberly Mahling is an experienced professional in international development and program management, currently serving as Chief of Party at EnCompass LLC since June 2022. Previously, Kimberly held multiple leadership positions, including Chief of Party at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc., where strategic oversight was provided for USAID programs in Iraq. Additional roles include Senior Director at IBTCI, Senior Manager at AECOM International Development, and various positions at Creative Associates International, National Center for State Courts, and International Republican Institute, showcasing a robust background in crisis response, governance, and program development across diverse global contexts. Kimberly holds an M.A. in International Relations from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
