Lika MacFarlane

Lika MacFarlane is currently working as an Instructional Design Team Lead at EnCompass LLC. Prior to this, Lika served as a Sr. Instructional Systems Designer at Greenleaf Integrative. Lika also has experience as a Language and Culture Instructor/ Curriculum Developer at Yorktown Systems Group. Lika holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University and a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Tbilisi State University.
