Michelle Defayette

Michelle DeFayette is the President of EnCompass LLC, where Michelle has also served as the Vice President for Business Strategies and Director of Business Growth Strategies. Prior to this, Michelle held senior positions at RTI International and Engility/IRG. Michelle's experience includes managing training programs at USAID/Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance and the Peace Corps, as well as directing educational materials development at Youth For Understanding International Exchange. Michelle holds a Master of Arts (MA) in International Communication from American University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Iowa State University.
