Benjy Kile

Benjy Kile has an extensive work experience in creative and production roles in various companies. In their current role at Encompass Media Group since 2022, they serve as the Director - Experiential, Creative and Production Innovation, where they conceive, plans, and executes event marketing and activations for clients across different industries. Additionally, they oversee all print and digital work, as well as new business and technology strategies.

Prior to their current position, Benjy worked at Encompass Media Group from 2017 to 2021 as the Director - Logistics - Production and Creative, where they had a broader responsibility and vision in managing the multitude of moving parts for projects. Benjy developed multi-level planning and simultaneous awareness of moving parts in the growing media network.

From 2010 to 2017, they served as the Director - Creative and Production at Encompass Media Group, responsible for retail property installations, management, and overseeing a design studio that produced publications and art related to out-of-home advertising and event marketing programs. Benjy contributed to innovation and expansion of corporate capabilities.

Before joining Encompass Media Group, Benjy worked from 2001 to 2009 as the Creative and Production Manager at Resident Media, where they provided art direction and production management for various publications. Benjy also worked at News America Digital Publishing as the Director - Design and Interactivity from 2000 to 2001, managing design and creative presentation for FoxNews.com.

Benjy's earlier experience includes roles as a Creative Director at Medium4.com from 1999 to 2000 and at Marinex Multimedia from 1998 to 1999.

Benjy Kile has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Cornell University. Benjy also pursued continuing education in Graphic Design at Pratt Institute.
