Tina Diehl

Tina Diehl currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Encompass since April 2024 and previously held the same position at CrewFacilities.com from June 2023 to January 2024. Tina's career at Enterprise Holdings spanned over two decades, where roles included Vice President of Car Sales, Regional Vice President, and Assistant Vice President. As Vice President of Car Sales in Florida, Tina achieved double-digit growth in units sold and instituted significant sales training programs. Tina also managed over 62 locations and 300 employees as Regional Vice President in Fort Lauderdale, earning the President Award twice for outstanding sales performance. Educationally, Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Doane University, completed in 1998.
