Brady Newman

Brady Newman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product growth, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Product Growth at Encompass Technologies since September 2025, Brady has previously held significant roles at B-Stock Solutions, including Director of Strategy & Operations and Chief-of-Staff. Brady's career includes positions as Senior Manager of Strategy & Ops and Corporate Development Manager at B-Stock Solutions, along with experience as an Investment Research Associate Intern at Graham Partners and Summer Associate at Seal Rock Partners. Prior to these roles, Brady was an Associate at Advent International and an Analyst in the Asset Allocation Team at Wellington Management. Educationally, Brady earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School from 2016 to 2018 and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Wake Forest University from 2007 to 2011.
