Leadership Team

- MBA, Finance and Strategy, The Wharton SchoolThe current leadership team at Encompass Elements has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing and operations industries. The team includes a Director of Operations, a General Manager, a Manufacturing Manager, and an Operations Manager. All members of the team have also held positions as controllers or financial analysts at various companies. In addition to their professional experience, the team members have also received education from some of the top schools in the country, including Penn State University and the Wharton School.
