Josche Nijs

Josche Nijs is currently working as a Recruiter at Encon, where the organization focuses on guiding companies towards sustainability. Prior to this, Josche held the position of HR-consultant at Itzu Jobs, a strategic partner in HR and Facility. Josche has also gained experience as an Intern in Payroll at Acerta and as an Intern in HR at H.Essers. Josche holds a Master's degree in Communication from KU Leuven, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from UC Leuven-Limburg, and completed secondary education in Humane Wetenschappen at Heilig GrafInstituut.
