Encon is a general contractor and structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator that performs field erection through our preferred network of union subcontractors. We maintain select partnerships with leading general contractors throughout Southern California who rely on us for fabrication and erection of data centers, big-box retail, industrial manufacturing facilities and themed entertainment projects. We are signatory to both the Carpenters and Ironworkers Union and self-perform work in both categories.
