Melissa McKay

Melissa McKay has over 35 years of experience in client management and operational coordination. Since July 2007, Melissa has been serving as a Client Relationship Manager at ENCON Heating, A/C & Energy Solutions, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. Previously, Melissa held the position of Regional Coordinator, responsible for dispatching technicians, scheduling appointments, and handling billing and timesheets. Prior to their tenure at ENCON, Melissa worked as a Maintenance Coordinator and Travel Coordinator at Boehringer Ingelheim from June 1981 to December 1994. Melissa holds an Associate's degree from Briarwood College, attended from 1979 to 1981, and graduated from Bethel High School.
