Raquel Silva

Raquel Silva, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at ENCON Heating, A/C & Energy Solutions since April 2021. Prior to this role, Raquel worked as a Human Resources and Project Specialist at Univision Communications Inc. from December 2017 to April 2021, where support was provided to various client groups and management of contracts was overseen. Raquel's experience includes a tenure at VF Corporation from January 2011 to November 2017, first as a Product Development Manager for Nautica, managing product development and costs to meet ROI targets, and previously as a Production Coordinator. Earlier career highlights include freelance roles in product development and design for several companies and an internship at Tommy Hilfiger. Raquel holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Science in Production Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and various certificates in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership.
