Deborah Gore is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the HR HSEQ Director at Encon Group since June 2011, Deborah oversees HR, health, safety, environment, and quality compliance across multiple subsidiaries. Previous roles include Non Executive Director and Chair of UK FIS Women in Fit-Out at The FIS, Senior HR Business Partner at National Australia Bank in Australia, and Senior Professional Development Manager at Norwich Union Life & Pensions Limited. Deborah's earlier positions at Standard Life involved setting up HR operations in Germany and managing HR consultancy in the UK. Deborah holds multiple CIPD qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma and a Certificate of Personnel Practice from the University of Strathclyde.
