Richard Wade

Richard Wade is a seasoned sales director in the construction products industry, currently serving as Sales Director at Encon Insulation & Nevill Long since May 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Sales Director at Soil Science Limited from September 2020 to May 2022. Richard's experience also includes a tenure at Tarmac as Commercial Manager for the Anglia region from January 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities encompassed the leadership and strategic development of various sales and commercial functions. Additionally, Richard led the Rail & Geotechnical Division at Keyline Civils & Drainage from July 2010 to December 2017, managing a comprehensive range of business operations and holding full P & L responsibility.
