Job description

Allocation City: Campinas-SP, Home Office, Recife-PE. Brazil

 

Responsibilities 

  • Cloud Infrastructure Orchestration and Security GuardRails implementation;
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure the required levels of security for the Cloud Infrastructure and resources;
  • Setting up new secure cloud accounts/subscriptions for engineering teams;
  • Secure existing cloud accounts/subscriptions by defining and refining AWS/Azure Policies, permissions, and configuration changes;
  • Monitor alerts for all AWS and Azure accounts leveraging native cloud services and 3rd party tools like PRISMA, Tenable etc.;
  • Analyze security alerts and take remedial action to prevent incidents from happening;
  • Analyze cloud policies and resource usage on an ongoing basis to ensure idle resources and overly permissive policies are managed proactively;
  • Lead Incident Management and Response activities in partnership with Engineering teams;
  • Automate remediation actions leveraging native solutions.

 

Essential Skills 

  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in AWS and Azure native services; 
  • Good understanding of Security Tools like PRISMA, Tenable, Splunk etc.;
  • Experience in scripting languages like Bash, Python;
  • Good understanding and working experience in the cybersecurity domain and Cloud Security; 
  • Experience with Linux command line; 
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks; 
  • Experience collaborating effectively across remote teams and time zones, and collaborating with Senior Technical Leaders; 
  • Experience with GIT, Jira, Gitlab and code review tools;
  • BSEE/BSCS or equivalent experience.
