Adrian Blidarus

Adrian Blidarus is an experienced executive currently serving as the EVP of Encora Europe since September 2023. Prior to this role, Adrian founded and led Softelligence as CEO from February 2006 to October 2023, focusing on helping organizations digitalize operations and leverage data for growth. Adrian's earlier career includes positions as Operations Manager at IP Devel from 2001 to 2007 and as Senior Software Engineer at Advantage Software Factory from 2001 to 2002. Adrian holds a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București, completed between 1996 and 2001, and education from Colegiul Dobrogean "Spiru C. Haret."
