Jennifer Purcell is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Encore Event Technologies APAC since January 2020, Jennifer previously held key positions at Baycorp, including HR and Recruitment Manager and Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on strategic alignment and exceptional HR management. Jennifer's background includes recruitment consultancy, operational support, employee relations, and project management. Additionally, a Master of Business Administration was earned from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, complemented by a certification in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia.
