Andrea Rothman

Andrea Rothman currently serves as the SVP and Chief Compliance Officer at Encore Bank since May 2022, having previously held the position of SVP, Compliance Audit Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Compliance Specialist III at Simmons Bank from September 2016 to February 2022, and Vice President of Operations at Bank of England Mortgage from 2002 to 2008. Andrea also brought expertise to Madison Bank & Trust as Branch Manager from 1998 to 2002 and served as Account Manager at Arkansas Bankers Bank from 1991 to 1998. Andrea is an alumnus of Hendrix College.
