Hunter Norton

Hunter Norton has over 18 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as the Northwest Arkansas Market President at Encore Bank since November 2019, Hunter previously held the position of Vice President - Commercial Lender at First Security Bank from January 2013 to November 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Commercial Real Estate Workout Specialist at Simmons First National Bank and serving as a Senior Examiner at the Arkansas State Bank Department. Hunter began a career in financial services as a Financial Services Representative at Simmons First National Bank. Hunter holds a BSBA in Finance, Financial Management and Investments from the University of Arkansas and attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado from 2012 to 2013.
