Karen Hall is an experienced banking professional with a significant background in digital banking and treasury operations. Currently serving as the VP eBanking & ACH Processing Administrator at Encore Bank since September 2020, Karen oversees daily operations of digital banking products and ACH. Prior experience at Relyance Bank, N.A. spanned from September 2004 to September 2020, where Karen held multiple positions, including VP Digital Bank Manager, VP Manager of Deposit Operations & Treasury Operations, and AVP Treasury Operations Manager. Karen's academic credentials include attendance at the SW Graduate School of Banking from 2017 to 2018 and studies at Southeast Arkansas College.
