Lauren Goins

Lauren Goins is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as SVP, Director of Marketing & Communications at Encore Bank since September 2021, Lauren has previously held the positions of VP, Director of Communications at the same company and Director of Communications & Recruitment for the Sheridan School District from October 2015 to September 2021. Lauren's career began at the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services, progressing from administrative assistant to HR, quality assurance, and communications roles over a span of seven years. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
