Steven Rice

Steven Rice is an experienced financial professional currently serving as VP and Senior Credit Underwriter at Encore Bank since December 2021. Previously, Steven worked as a Commercial Underwriter II at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union from November 2018 to December 2021 and at Security Service Federal Credit Union from February 2016 to November 2018. Steven began a career in credit analysis at TransPecos Banks and held roles in commercial lending at TexStar National Bank. Steven's leadership skills were demonstrated through a presidential role with the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, alongside earlier involvement as a Personal Banker Intern at First National Bank Texas. Steven earned a B.B.A. in Banking and Financial Institutions from Sam Houston State University, where academic engagement included serving as Vice President of the Phi Delta Theta chapter.
