Cinthya Flores

Cinthya Flores has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as the General Manager of On Deck Burger Bar at Encore Boston Harbor since June 2019. Cinthya has held various managerial roles at Encore Boston Harbor, including Senior Manager of Butler Services and Room Service Manager. Prior to this, Cinthya was the Restaurant Manager at Tio Juan's Margaritas Mexican Restaurant from August 2017 to June 2019 and worked as a Shift Supervisor at Olive Garden between June 2013 and August 2017. Cinthya began a career in customer service as a Receptionist at Washington Savings Bank from September 2008 to November 2013. Educational qualifications include studies at Northern Essex Community College.
