Nadiuska Ballard

Nadiuska Ballard currently serves as the Assistant Director of Procurement at Encore Boston Harbor, a position held since January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the Procurement Department and coordinating contract drafts and negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders. Previously, Nadiuska Ballard worked at Foxwoods Resort Casino from June 2005 to December 2017, advancing through roles as Purchasing Agent II, Purchasing Agent I, and Purchasing Assistant, and gaining extensive experience in coordinating contracts, executing purchase orders, managing inventory, and assisting in procurement processes.
